An important new window will be added again to Beijing Foreign Cultural Trade. On 25th, National Foreign Cultural Trade Base (Beijing) and Cultural Bonded Park of Beijing Tianzhu Free Trade Zone were formally opened. Cai Wu, the Minister of Culture and Wang Anshun, the deputy secretary of Beijing Municipal and mayor visited the park construction and made a speech.

Tianzhu Cultural Bonded Park is a major initiative which is planned and implemented from the perspective of strategic level and overall situation under the cooperation of Ministry of Culture and Beijing Municipality. Currently, the international cultural trade enterprise cluster center in the three function zones of the bonded park has been basically built, where the first enterprises start to be settled. The international cultural product exhibit, logistics center and international cultural commodities exchange center in another two function zones will be due to start for construction. The bonded park will be built into a consolidated cultural trade service platform and an international-port-type product market and factor market based on Beijing, serving the whole nation, playing an important leading role in the pattern of international cultural competition and cooperation by virtue of the special regional advantage of "inside the territory and outside the customs".

Wang Anshun made a speech that it is an important initiative that Beijing Municipality implements Sip Kin-ping, the General Secretary's important spirit of speech when he investigated Beijing and intensifies the national cultural center function, and a beneficial exploration that Ministry of Culture and Beijing municipality work together to promote the cultural trade development to build the National Foreign Cultural Trade Base and Cultural Bonded Park. Beijing Municipality will carefully implement the opinion to accelerate construction and development of national foreign cultural trade base, strengthen planning and policy guidance, plan to make good use of international and national resources as a whole, pay great attention to construction of infrastructure and public service platform, strive to develop international copyright trade and cross-border cultural electronic commerce, promote the integrative development of cultural creative industry and the related industries such as finance and science and technology, and turn the base into a national cultural trade demonstration zone integrated cultural trade port, collaborative innovation platform and enterprise cluster development.

Cai Wu made a speech that it is a significant embodiment for the cultural trade of our country stepping into the scale, intensification, modernization and an important achievement for the cooperation with Ministry of Culture and Beijing Municipal Government to open Beijing National Foreign Trade Base. The construction of National Foreign Cultural Trade Base in Beijing coincide with both China's strategy of economic development and foreign cultural strategy and the strategic positioning of Beijing as a national political center, cultural center, international exchange center and innovation center for science and technology. Hope that trade base dares to innovate, questing the path to cultural trade development with high sense of mission; dares to take responsibility, leading the direction of cultural trade development with the scientific global view; be willing to devote, constructing the pattern of cultural trade development with the concept of mutual benefit and win-win result.

Cai Wu and Wang Anshun together observed the business exhibit such as design, film and television, art objects, gemstones and etc., trade platform construction and state of operation of the bonded park.
