1. Make working plans and complete related professional work according to the working tasks of the department;

2. In charge of managing the schedule, quality and cost of the professional projects during the engineering construction process;

3. In charge of communicating with government sectors related to the specialized field;

4. Participate in the scheme design and the preliminary design;

5. Participate in the construction drawing designing and auditing, drawings reviewing and technical disclosure;

6. Coordinate the work of units including design, construction and supervision during the construction process;

7. Supervise and inspect the work done by construction supervision institutions and construction contractors, put forward suggestions and follow up on the rectification and modification.

1. Regular 4-year university/college education or higher level of education with the major in construction electrical or electrical automation, or other related majors. Title of intermediate level;
2. Having good professional ethics and being able to adapt to the work environment of construction sites;
3. Having got more than five years of experiences working at institutes of design or construction enterprises, and having the experiences in managing independently construction projects of more than 50,000 square meters in respect of the special management in electrical fields.
4. Knowing well about the design of electrical engineering construction and the standards of construction. Being acquainted with the key points for quality control at all the stages of project construction;
5. Being skilled in using CAD and other software related to the design of construction equipment and capable of completing the making of specialty graphs and drawings; being skillful in using Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint and other office software;
6. Being able to organize and coordinate the relationship among the institution of design, the contractor and the construction supervisor;
7. Knowing well about the cooperation process between various specialties in the course of project design, and being acquainted with the drawings of other specialties, such as construction, water supply and drainage, and others;
