On November 28, 2014, the human resources department of ACL organized the middle and senior cadres to convene the innovation plan discussion. At the meeting, the human resources department introduced the development situation and research results of staffs' rationalized proposals on innovation, and organized all the middle and senior leaders to discuss the new plans proposed by each Department of ACL. Managing Director Ms. Jiang Li listened each suggestion carefully and requested the relevant departments to combine with rational innovation suggestions, to implement the measures into the 2015 annual work. On January 20, 2015, each department reported to the Company for 2015 Annual Innovation Landing Plan.
