Recently, ACL and Harbin Airport signed a consultation and cooperation agreement with respect to cross-border E-commerce base project. The project analyzed by combining with typical airport logistics base cases and pilot cities, comprehensively analyzed the macro-economic policies and the market conditions for project development of Harbin. ACL provided a series of solutions including project development positioning, project planning scheme and suggestions on development mode for Harbin cross-border E-commerce logistics base. The signing of Harbin airport project consultation agreement is the first step that ACL launched innovative service and expanded new business.
