ACL sets up Customer Service Center

On 17 March, in order to realize ACLP's "one-stop service", to provide favorable, convenient property services, and to build up a brand culture of the company's management, Customer Service Center of the company is officially set up. Customer Service Center of ACL, located on the 9th floor of ACLP International Building, is the company's outward business window and opinions exchange platform, which is responsible for answering calls and receiving visits from customers, offering consultation, receiving requirement for repair, dealing with complaint, releasing public information etc., internally coordinating related departments, tracing the handling of events, duly making returning visits to customers, and so on. The company's Customer Service Center shall aim at offering services seriously to customers, take fulfilling duties conscientiously as its principle, and exert its function as a bond and a bridge, so that it can provide effective and convenient management services to customers that have settled in the Park.
