On 27th November, in order to enhance team management and crises management capabilities of personnel from all levels, HR Department carries out the second period of Leadership Training Camp in the multi-functional activity room of ACLP International Building--a training based on "Shackleton's Ingenuity on Leadership". Cadres and hard-core personnel from all levels that are totalled 35 attend this training, and Chen Leichuan is the training lecturer. Through the classic case of Shackleton's Antarctic Exploration, the training carries out ardent discussion on stimulating employees of different backgrounds and capabilities, and how to organize an effective, harmonious, and successful team, etc. Director General Manager Jiang Li gives high recognition to the content of this training, and requires all staff to conscientiously study and share the content of the training. She hopes that an administrator shall be courageous to undertake, be helpful in the growth of employees, and set Shackleton as an example in learning how to enhance administrative level, so as to make contribution to the development of the company.
