9On September 24, Human Resources Department held a one-day training of Win-Win Negotiation Skills in the meeting room on the 9th floor of Airport City International Building in order to help staff to learn to sort out the main points and skills of negotiation and think outside of the box in real negotiation. Well-known negotiator Ms. Tan Xiaoshan was the lecturer of this training. The training course explained the negotiation principles, strategy formulation, win-win negotiation methods, skills, and etc. 50 people in total from business and management departments including Investment Promotion Department, Cost Control Department and Property Department participated in this training. During the training, students interacted with the lecturer actively. They simulated negotiation contexts and learnt negotiation skills from practice. After the training, students said that they had deeper understandings of negotiation and would applied win-win skills in their future negotiation and communication work.
