ACL announced that "Beijing International Aviation conference of 2010 (ACE 2010)" project was officially launched and that "the Cities's Wings" theme was activated solemnly on September 14, 2009. Chen Weidong, vice District Chief of the Shunyi District Government, Li Yanling, special member of the management committee of Beijing Tianzhu Free Trade Zone, and the management team members of ACL attended the launching ceremony, and they looked forward to this world-class aviation event that would landed on mainland China for the first time in April next year.
