On May 28, 2015, Fire Bureau of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau released the “Red List and Black List” of Beijing Fire Safety Management, making public the advanced units and fire hazard units in Beijing's fire safety management by classification. The inspection was conducted without any announcement. Instead of notifying the local fire departments, the fire hazard investigation team of Beijing Fire Bureau carried out urgent inspections on enterprises and institutions in all districts and counties. Beijing Airport City Blue Sky Property Management Co., Ltd. was listed in the “Red List” of Beijing Fire Safety Management, and it is also the only enterprise in the district commended on the list.

 

InMay, the Fire Bureau of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau launched aspecial campaign for centralized investigation and remediation of fire hazardsin the central area of capital, and simultaneously initiated a summer firesafety inspection, requiring to increase the fire hazard investigation andremediation according to the highest standards.
