On July 8, 2016, the 2016 National Logistics Park Work Conference, co-sponsored by China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, China Society of Logistics and Changsha Municipal People’s Government, was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. GLP Capital Airport Air Cargo Base and ACL Customs Clearance Base were selected as “the 2016 National Excellent Logistics Park”.

Organized by the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, this election was conducted to investigate more than 200 logistics parks across China. After review by professional committee members and integration of the opinions from local government logistics authorities and industry associations, 78 logistics parks (bases, dry ports, highway ports, logistics ports, and logistics industry clusters) were included in the list of excellent logistics parks in 2016. In Beijing, only ACL Customs Clearance Base entered the list.
