On July 24, the kick-off meeting of ACL on human resources management consulting project was successfully held in Conference Room 7. Managing Director Hu Tianmu, deputy general manager, middle-level management personnel and human resources department attended the meeting. At the kick-off meeting, Jia Xiaodong, senior vice president of Beijing Alliance PKU Management Consultants Ltd. and members of the project team announced the management consulting project plan and arrangement, hoping that the two sides will work together and fully communicate to help ACL’s optimization and upgrading in the organization system, responsibility system, post system and performance system through management diagnosis.
