On May 17, 2018, the Company organized an expert review meeting for ACL master plan project. Gao Hongfeng, former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and President of China Express Association, Yang Guoqing, former Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Zhang Guanghui, former General Manager of the Capital Airport Holding Company, Liu Puhe, the special expert of the Ministry of Commerce and former President of China Commerce Institute, Ren Limin, Secretary of the Party Committee of China Aviation Engineering Consulting Company of China, and Geng Yong, Dean of the Department of Supply Chain and Operation Management, Business School, Central University of Finance and Economics are invited to attend the review.
In the morning, the expert review team inspected the progress of various business operations of ACL Customs Clearance Base. In the afternoon, they heard the research report of the China Commerce Distribution Project Group on the ACL Master Planning. Through thorough discussion, the expert review team believed that the project team had thoroughly studied the development trend of the airport economy, macro-policies, regional development strategies and market demands, and combined the business model of ACL to carry out the top-level design of the overall development strategy, and completed ACL master plan. The expert review team pointed out that the master plan is crucial to ACL future development, hoping that the planning department will continue to optimize and implement more specific implementation strategies and ACL can make its model refined, fine and excellent, making contributions to the development of aviation logistics industry.
Hu Tianmu, Managing Director of ACL expressed gratitude to the expert review team for their suggestions. He pointed out that the next few years will be a key development period for ACL. Next, they will modify and improve the key strategies and action routes based on expert opinions and realize the overall objectives of ACL master plan. The meeting was presided over by Deputy General Manager Zhao Peng, and the Company's leadership members and department directors attended the meeting.
