On May 6, 2019, Air City Development Co., Ltd. held a kick-off meeting for the process management consulting and optimization project. ACL Managing Director Mr. Hu Tianmu and all the executives and employees, Shanghai Qiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (AMT) attended the meeting. Ms. Zhao Peng, ACL Vice General Manager presided over the meeting.
 
At the meeting, Vice General Manager Ms. Zhao Peng introduced the startup background and work objectives of the process management optimization project to all employees, and clarified the organization and working mechanism to promote the project. Mr. Chen Pengfei, AMT’s Project Director introduced and shared the work plan and implementation steps of process management optimization.
 
Managing Director Mr. Hu Tianmu stressed that all employees shall fully understand the necessity and urgency of process management optimization in supporting the rapid development of ACL at the current stage. All departments must conscientiously and actively implement and cooperate in streamlining the process. Mr. Hu required all employees to actively participate in the process management optimization seminar with a learning attitude, and required the project team to go all out and concentrate on to ensure that the project work is completed with high quality according to plan, laying a solid foundation for ACL’s future development.
