As the core logistics hub of Beijing Capital International Airport, ACLP ensure the safety and efficient operation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. Adhering to the responsibility of guarding the land, taking responsibility, and fulfilling its duties，ACL has invested over 30 million RMB in the past 3 years to complete the upgrade and renovation of the park's fire protection system，established three micro fire stations, and purchased fire trucks to carry out daily inspections of the park. These investments have ensured the company's safety work guarantee ability and achievements during major events and milestones such as Spring Festival Travel Rush, Olympic Winter Games, the National People's Congress, and the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The company has gained trust and recognition from all parties in the airport area, and has been awarded honors such as "Excellent Aviation Security Guarantee Unit" for many continuous years.
In addition to ensuring the safety of the park, constructing a low-carbon park is a significant manifestation of the responsibility of the airport. In 2018, ACLP introduced a rooftop distributed photovoltaic project. Three years later, the 3rd phase of the project was fully connected to the grid, making it the largest single park paving scale in Beijing and the largest distributed photovoltaic project in the airport area of whole China. With an annual green power generation capacity of nearly 40 million kilowatt-hours and a self-sufficiency rate exceeding 60%, the project substantially reduces the park's grid electricity purchase and dependence on traditional energy. This achievement results in a win-win situation for the company, customers, and the environment.
ACL actively participates in the formulation of industry standards, driving the standardized development of the sector. For example, the company compiled Design Standards for Comprehensive Logistics Parks for Air Cargo, and aiding the advancement of the smart control pilot project for G1 Cargo Station. Simultaneously, it has developed construction plans for airport projects in several other cities, consistently contributing to the elevation of standardization levels within the aviation logistics industry.
CONDENSATION
ACL not only solidifies its position in the entire industry chain service, but also fully demonstrates the strength of the comprehensive service platform. The park has attracted the convergence of high-end industries such as logistics, pharmaceuticals, culture, retail, and aviation materials, injecting vitality into regional economic development. At present, top 10 global freight companies have settled in here. The total value of pharmaceutical imports and exports in the park ranks 2nd in the country, accounting for nearly 22% of the country's total value of pharmaceutical imports and exports, and imported vaccines account for 95% nationwide. The first specialized pharmaceutical enterprise to settle in the park, SPH Kyuan Trade, has expanded its business over the years through close collaboration with ACL, driving innovative developments in pharmaceuticals and cross-border pharmaceuticals. Over the years, SPH Kyuan Trade has continued to expand, gradually expanding into a large-scale comprehensive service-oriented pharmaceutical enterprise that integrates import bonded, pharmaceutical distribution, vaccine services, digital marketing, market access, and supply chain extension services.
Cross-border e-commerce emerges as a new industrial partner in the park, further promoting industry clustering. In 2019, ACL's wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Time Translink International Logistics Service Co., Ltd, completed the first cross-border e-commerce bonded operation in Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone, becoming the 3rd company in Beijing with the operational capability for cross-border e-commerce bonded business. In the same year, ACL Cross-Border E-commerce Zone gained approval by Beijing Government. In 2023, the Wangfujing integrated Bonded-Tax Free-Cross Border business officially began operations.
